With half the US population located within 500 miles of Columbus Ohio, Craig's challenge changes dramatically from weather to traffic​ - he and his support crew will need to stay on alert while maintaining race speed through congested traffic.
​
Detours aren't an option, as RAAM riders are monitored by GPS and tracked along the same route.
